Welcome to deadstock.bar. By accessing or using our website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

deadstock.bar is an AI-powered platform designed to help bars and restaurants generate cocktail recipes from their inventory. We provide tools for inventory management, recipe creation, and menu planning.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, text, or other materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate recipe suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, safe, or suitable for your specific needs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and vetting all recipes before serving them to customers.
  • We do not guarantee the uniqueness of AI-generated content; similar inputs may yield similar outputs for other users.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, deadstock.bar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We adhere to a fair usage policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
